Strength & Conditioning in Hythe, Southampton

As a strength and conditioning coach based in Hythe, Southampton, I write individual programmes around your goals, your experience, the equipment you have and the time you’ve got. Everything starts with a free online consultation, so we can find the right approach before you commit to anything.

Is it right for you?

Who it’s for

You don’t need to be “sporty” to benefit. My programmes are for:

  • Beginners who want to start strength training safely and with confidence
  • Experienced gym-goers looking for structure and progression
  • Athletes preparing for a season or a specific event
  • People finishing injury rehab who want to keep building
  • Young athletes laying the foundations for long-term progress, with a parent or guardian involved

During a year-long internship at a private school in London, I supported long-term athletic development (LTAD) across youth athletes, so I know how to build strength steadily and safely at every stage.

I work with people training in Hythe, Dibden, Dibden Purlieu, Marchwood, Blackfield and Beaulieu. All local areas

Your appointment

What to expect in a session

  1. Free online consultation

A relaxed chat about your goals, your training history, any injuries and what a realistic week looks like for you.

  2. Your programme

I write a programme around you, whether you train in a full gym, a small home setup or a mix of both. It’s a personalised training plan, not a template.

  3. Check-ins along the way

We review how it’s going and adjust as you progress, so the programme keeps working as you get stronger.

Every exercise comes with clear guidance, and I’ll explain why it’s in your programme. As you get stronger, we progress the load and the exercises so you keep moving forward without doing too much too soon.

Online strength programmes mean you can train wherever suits you, whether you live in Hythe, Southampton or further afield. Getting stronger helps with everyday life, can help protect against some injuries and, honestly, feels good.
